I was very pleased with the service delivered by Pioneer Autohaus.Communication and quotes/costs were clear from the beginning. They did not always answer the phone but responded promptly to emails.Shamil took photos of my car and attempted to explain to me what the issues were ( this is especially appreciated as I am a single female and I often feel vulnerable at a mechanics as I have no understanding of cars) . He seemed to have genuine concern for me and my car, and tried to find solutions for me to prevent unnecessary spending. Shamil even sent a follow up email to check in on the car.I also was lucky in that they could fix my car very promptly.Unfortunately dropping off the car one of the mechanics was late/sick - but i believe if we had a more concrete plan they work with the station in front and can do early drop offs if you require.

Easy to work with the team there were very friendly and kind very welcoming was booked in for another job only to find out that it was something else and not the job that was booked for thank you to use guys my car is finally fixed we will be definitely using them as our go too when our car needs fixing from now onMalia

Took my car to Pioneer Autohaus for a service and WOF after reading some recommendations about them and I wasn't disappointed. They were friendly, professional and easy to deal with. I would recommend anybody to take their car there. Thanks for the great service!

I saw this place on grab one. 89$ for service. I called and found out it is 180$. However when spoke about Grab one deal they reduced the price to 140$ which I was happy about.Went there and I was told Air filter( which looked clean but I am not a mechanic) needs replacing, oil needs to be flushed so they quote extra 95$ for air filter and 30$ for flushing. They also said market price is 120$On top they have surcharge of i think 1 or 2 %.While I was getting the service done, I decided to look the prices and found out air filter of any brands were around 40$ to 60$. I still paid happily to what was discussed but did tell them that I am aware of market price.So to put things simply, i found staff and receptionist was nice to talk to, hiwever I believe prices were not fair.Update : I was definetely expecting this reply. I was infirmed Reco brand filter was used and I checked the same brand's price at Repco. Anyway I shared with everyone how I felt and tried to be genuine in my review! As I said I didnt argue and paid what was agreed. This is for people in future to check prices at other places before agreeing.

Bought GrabOne voucher. Professional service. Very friendly staff. We are very happy. Will use them again!
