Shocking experience, Driver good but other person on truck very unprofessional and unhelpful, rude and ended up being ordered off premises without finishing job. Had phoned to speak to manager who was to ring me back to no avail. Just as well Harvey Norman took it seriously and came out to finish job. Stare clear

Can't speak more highly of these guys. They were amazing. Delivered out suite in a timely manner and kept in contact before to let us know when they were coming. They were very careful of our doors and walls when bringing the suite in. unpacked it and took the wrapping with them and even put it together for us. Wonderful; service. Thanks heaps

A big thanks to the guys who delivered our lounge suite this morning. One of the guys who made the delivery has been here before delivering kitchenware where he was posed with a few challenges thanks to a balustrade on a stairwell. Just like last time he looked at every possible way to get the furniture in the house and my new lounge suite is all in place without incident. I cant imagine how exhausting it must be doing these deliveries all day and the challenges different properties pose but I want to say thankyou for a great, professional and friendly job.

The dispatch team were awesome the truck driver did a wonderful job the truck drivers assistant left hand man or whatever you want to call him with his I know attitude was rude and arrogant and the truck driver had to tell him how to operate the tail lift So he in whole let the whole team down

The delivery guys were awesome! They turned up around the time frame given, their relaxed & friendly nature was refreshing and they had a great sense of humor. People need to chill out, as there are far more serious issues to complain about! Excellent job Diamond Deliveries, will defo be using you guys again.

Never get this company to deliver goods in Auckland. The two drivers who tried to drop of goods were very rude to me on the phone. Told them to take the goods back. Rung company and complained two weeks ago and still waiting for them to come back to me as promised (no stars for this company)

First of all, they couldn't even get our old dishwasher out under the cupboard. After we got the old one out and new one installed ourselves, they offered to come and pick up the old one. Its been almost 2 weeks and no one has pitched! And this service has been paid for!

First of all the guy that dropped off our fridge from Harvey Norman on Tuesday at 9am was an absolutely beast and carried the thing on his shoulder. Second of all the fellow that was with him (I think his name was Dave) was super friendly and very helpful. I give the guys an absolute 5 STAR service! Thanks guys!
