Parking Mode (Christchurch Airport)

On arrival, everything was great - service exceptional! Difficult to find but on calling, it was explained well - think you need more than a couple of miniature Crusader flags on the fence! Can't work out why you do not say you're on Jet Place! Was not entirely happy with the clean :( On arrival back the pick-up at the Airport was timely but no help with your bags sadly! On arrival the Park, the boss" I am assuming was just wandering around on the phone and there was a line-up of people waiting for customer service and only one person in the Office. All I wanted was my keys BUT I had to wait at least 10 mins for them. Not ideal! But the cost was ok and yes

Under construction! Yard full of big pot holes. Operating out of a container/shed that's shut off so you can't tell if there is anyone there or not. Worse customer van I've ever been in. Prompt delivery and pick up. Not saying it won't improve but from now on we won't be picking the first one that comes up online.

I booked this with ease on the internet about 5 weeks before we were leaving the country and then later added a service to the booking. We got dropped at the airport and then picked up. Staff were friendly. It was good getting a service done while we were away, one less thing we needed to worry about.Was a good experience with no issues.

Booked in here last minute, as we had overlooked booking in parking, and some other park and shuttle services require minimum 4 hours notice to book. Parking Mode were happy to take our booking at very short notice.The parking setup is a little casual, (eg no marked parks etc) but we were greeted promptly on arrival, and given clear instructions on where to park.Staff were super friendly, brought the van right to our car to transfer luggage and had us to the airport promptly. Likewise on pickup, van arrived promptly when we requested, and again excellent friendly service.Will be very happy to use Parking Mode again and recommend to others.

It was great leaving our car with Parking Mode while we were away. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Drop off and pick up was effortless and quick. Definitely will be using Parking Mode again

Could not be happier. Consider two way shuttle to and from the airport, the parking fee is unbelievable value. The other park next door will charge double the price. Go figure!

Fast and easy check in all done very quickly.Shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful, could do with more signage it was ok but entrance to yard was not adequately marked for first time users.

Booking was quick and easy, late pick up and drop off fee included. Our flight delayed by an hour we got charged $60 additional.... I was not happy as we paid $48 for the late fee.

Left car in the Christchurch location for 10 days, and when I got home, discovered scratches on the passenger side, from what looks like suitcases or similar catching the side. This company operates a no liability policy, so use at your own risk.The facility is just a fenced open space with no clear parking allotments, and cars are in parked ad hoc positions. Seems like an unprofessional setup.
