I thoroughly recommend these guys. Keely was very helpful the first time I went in and Colin the second time (after my podiatrist appt). They're patient, helpful, give you all the time you need and are very knowledgeable. There was a minor miscommunication that Sam (sorry I didn't catch his name in person, just going by my receipt lol) fixed up for me. Absolutely top quality service!

I went into shoe science with an intention to upgrade my well out of date running shoes. I am a twice a week runner, and running fairly consistent 7-7:30min kms. I was met by I believe keely (sorry if I have that wrong), and she spent quality time making sure she was putting me in the best shoes for me. This resulted in having to order the perfect pair.After picking my new asics kayano shoes I went for my first run and found I was running much faster and kept slowing myself down. By the end my watch tracker said I was running at 6min kms. I am amazed! Thank you very much team, especially keely!

Kelly was the very knowledgeable and helpful person who listened to my needs, and spent quite a lot of time helping me choose the best shoe for me. I was not pressured into any heavy sales pitch, she knows about foot anatomy as well as the shoe science, she brought forward many options, and in the end, I was really glad we happened on Shoe Science, when we were, in fact, looking for the Skechers store. Very happy with the personal service here .

Dealt with Jodie, she was great and very informative. Went to other shoe clinics which were also great but this shop had the extra touch. Had an answer for almost any question I had including why I might be getting shin splints. She also heavily recommended running socks which I purchased and have now been a game changer. Happy I come to this store. Thanks

Great service from Sam. Have recently moved to Tauranga from Auckland so checked in for a new pair of runners. It felt like the excellent service I had received at Shoe Science Newmarket was transferred to excellent service in Tauranga. My history of previous purchases and needs meant Sam knew just what I needed. So happy there is a Shoe Science in Tauranga. I will highly recommend to my new friends in the Bay of Plenty.
