I met Christine and she is absolutely wonderful. They have such a wide range of high quality heat pumps to choose from. I was really very impressed with the quality and high level of service. Definitely recommended.

We had our Mitsubishi heat pump (inherited from previous house owner) serviced and repaired on 30 May 2023. The technician/electrician doing the job is wonderful. He is very professional, helpful and approachable. He was very patient and clearly explained the problem that we had with the heat pump and made suggestion to change over the isolator . He did it on spot without any fuss. Very efficient. We are very happy with he quality of service for the very reasonable fee they charge. We highly recommend this company, whom we would rate at least 4 to 5 stars.

We have just installed the second Mitsubishi Eco Core AP25 in our housebecause they are quiet, efficient and cost effective to run and install.Love the WIFI app you can install on your phone or tablet. We can pre setit to turn on in our kitchen / family room in Winter early so we come into a warm room from any time we choose.Thanks to Todd who quoted the job & Tico and the other staff who installed the unit in a cheerful and timely manner.Great firm to deal with and will happily refer you to friends and neighbor's.

Extremely responsive ~quick competitive quote. Skilled technicians who implemented the best approach to ducting and addressed our needs specifically. Have used them before and will recommend to family and friends.

Just saying the facts - Our Inverter stopped working. Person said $110 call out fee. OK. Come and have a look. He look at outside box and piping and power cables running along the wall that had no visible damage or wear and tear. He checked something and said there is power to the unit so must be a fault inside. I knew that!! You don't need an inverter specialist to check that. I thought he would at least unscrew the unit and see if there is something wrong or wet or burnt out in the unit itself. Started quoting repair options.... Not on my call out list next time. (Btw - I had a similar unit at my previous house that stopped working after a power spike or something so I know exactly what a real specialist do when inspecting the unit - that guy actually opened the unit and inspected the circuit board / control unit?)

Retrofitting an older home sometimes poses more of a challenge compared to installation in a new build, but this did not phase the experienced Albany Heat Pumps team. The Albany Heat Pumps installation team arrived on time, were polite, respectful, super-efficient, problem-solved on the spot, and took extreme pride in their workmanship. They kindly helped set up the Mitsubishi WIFI Control App on my iPhone and even cleaned and tidied up before they left. Our three new wall-mounted Mitsubishi units are modern, whisper quiet, and super easy to use (love the App). We now have deliciously cool bedrooms and feel like we can face Auckland's hot, humid, steamy February weather! Thank you, Albany Heat Pumps - we are absolutely delighted!!
