My partner and I moved our two year old German Shepard, Kona, from New Zealand to Ireland with Pet Transport and couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us! We would absolutely recommend Pet Transport to anyone who is thinking of moving their pet overseas.We were nervous about the process and the effect that the move might have on Kona. However, the guys at Pet Transport were outstanding - they did a great job outlining each part of the process by creating an individualised travel plan and allaying any fears we had for Kona’s wellbeing.The travel plan outlined all the tasks we would have to complete with Kona and when they would need to be completed. It also detailed all of the actions that Pet Transport was taking care of, to give full transparency of the process.Communication by Pet Transport was second to none. George and Leslie were extremely clear in all communication and exceptionally quick in responding to calls/emails.We needn’t have worried about the effect that the travel would have on Kona. She was super excited to meet us in Ireland and seems to be totally herself since touchdown!

I have a 2 year old purebred English Bulldog, we’ve just relocated from Auckland, New Zealand to Brisbane, Australia. Pet transport took such good care of us and our boy, the whole process was stress free and straight forward. How do you get one sensitive Golden Retriever from New Zealand to Heathrow whilst dealing with an even more sensitive worried to death owner ? Ring Pet transport NZ and ask for George and Leslie. Wow they were amazing. Flawless every step of the way and never tiring of our constant worried questions and paranoia. I don't believe there is anyone better to look after your pets needs . It was a huge distance and from small details like the of size water bowl to the best airline to do the job they excelled. Thank you thank you. Abbie is now happily settled in the UK loving life!!

We flew our 12 cats all the way from NZ to France in between organizing moving house and our 7 months baby who was in and out of the hospital all the time. We've been through a stressful time starting our life again but George and Leslie and their team made everything went smoothly for us. We even have 2 old sick cats and they believe in them enough to work around the clock, days and nights, for them to follow the rest of our family. They helped us believe in it too and gave us strength to move forward. They are meticulous, organized, passionate and we felt we couldn't have found a better company to help us go through this journey!

The seemingly impossible made possible. Two dogs and three cats all the way from New Zealand to Denmark, Europe. The thought made us sleepless and anxious. We contacted a few pet transport companies and decided on „PET TRANSPORT“ in Auckland, as they came recommended by our Labrador‘s breeder. And that was the beginning of an unexpectedly more or less calming process. George and his team were nothing short of amazing. Their guidance, expertise and professionalism were outstanding. Queries, emails, phone calls were ALWAYS attended to promptly, which was a really big deal for us. All was organised and thought through to the smallest detail. I know this sounds like „to good to be true“, but we were so lucky to have found the best in that business. So George and his amazing team come highly recommend to anyone who is planning to taking their beloved furry family member(s) with them to anywhere in the world. Five stars for sure. PS: Attached photos of the dogs were taken when they were just released to us, on their first walk in the UK and happiness at the holiday home in Denmark.

If you are looking for a dog transporter then you don't need to look any further than Pet Transport NZ. We brought our elderly dog over to the UK a few weeks ago. He is 13 and when I contacted numerous companies there was concern about his size, his breed, his age, uncertainty, hidden costs, etc BUT I now know that Pet Transport have all the KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE to bring your dog over safely. This is what you are paying for and what you and your pet deserve. They really know their stuff, they explain everything step by step keeping it really simple. I cannot recommend them enough. At all times they were reassuring, made our dog feel safe and comfortable and even though I had some doubts about such a long journey for an old dog I am so glad we did it and so glad we opted for Pet Transport to bring him here safely. Our family can't thank you enough for keeping us altogether Pet Transport. We highly recommend you and will continue to do so forever!

Thanks to Pet Transport NZ I now have my precious boy over in Australia. They made the process of flying my dog over from a small town in NZ super easy and stress free. Great communication and efficient service. Kind, trustworthy, helpful and caring staff who treated Mac like their own family made the process super comfortable for me and a smooth transition for everyone. Sarah and her team were amazing. Sending Dash to the USA was really stressful for us. He'd never been on a plane before, let alone for a 12-15 hour flight from NZ to the USA. We had hundreds of questions but fortunately the Pet Transport team had all the answers and were able to provide timelines, and all the little details we wanted to know. When I took Dash to MPI in Auckland for the official pre-flight inspection, Pet Transport had Cal waiting on site to walk me through the process and make sure everything went ok. And later, when I dropped Dash off at the Pet Transport offices and said my goodbyes, they welcomed him in, and took great care of him while he waited for his flight. They also made a point of sending us photos so we could see he was having a good time. Very highly recommended.

We moved from New Zealand back home to Germany and our dog Lulu was coming too.
