A good service, but prices are up there.Not entirely fair value for money compared to other drive through washes in NZ Cities.I think could reduce prices a few dollars for the golden treatment to reflect 1- gisborne economy, and 2- I often have to spot wash my runner boards and wheel arch - mud guard areas after. I have noticed this is either a angel or difficult area for this automated system to wash.

Giving it one star becauseThe website and facebook page needs to be updated. Its being like this for awhile.And although the place is popular busy and very good for the bigger and muddy as vehicles and boat rinse off etc the prices are substantially expensive.

Takes way too long to dispense the selected products. And when dispensed, is no good if your mission is simply to get the job doneA very novel way to clean and connect with your vehicle, bit for the $20 ot cost...could have done it easier at a servo washSuit those who arent in a hurry or want to connect with thier vehicle rather than just get the job done

Only one bay working charged me twice for one wash place was so dirty my ute was dirty again driving out, ask them for a refund but never got back to me absolute waste of time and money ill never use it again

Used the automatic washer purchased the gold wash and after it was finished it left water marks all over the bonnet windows and boot of the car, but done a great job on the sides and rims of the car.
