Family, friendly gym that empowers you to be your absolute best. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone. For the traveller coming through Mangawhai or someone wanting to regularly be a part of a fun, fit community. Perfect for all fitness levels. Don't delay get in there today! :)

Can highly recommend this gym for a good workout. Caters for varying levels of fitness and skill. The trainers offer good guidance and no class is ever the same. A fun vibe and lovely people.
