Station is well maintained, presented and clean. Staff members are friendly and attentive. Toilets have always been clean and functional whenever I've gone to the station. There's a variety of pies, muffins, beverages along with other commodities. Prices are a little on the higher side in my opinion be it fuel or anything else. There could be more discounts, promotions and customer loyalty offers. One are of improvement could be the wait time. I've noticed sometimes a few staff members get too caught up in juggling tasks within themselves ultimately resulting in longer waiting time. Everything else looks in order. Overall I'd say one of the good petrol stations in West Auckland.

Stopped for food , and after buying a mince and cheese pie each and a brownie, both my husband and I were both sick over that weekend :(Not the same as our local bp food, a distinct difference

Large, clean forecourt with additional on site parking available.Good driving zones to manoeuvre around pumps and otherwise on site.The rather large retail space provides an opportunity to do a little shopping, and select from a wide variety of cakes, pies and other delectable foods.Friendly, cordial team members.

Crapey service very dear price range ov gas 98 95 BP. Not good branch. Sorry.not happy

Just arrived into Auckland half an hour before from Australia, stopping in for Hot Food was told there was nothing.Wasn't offered alternative except a terrible soggy overpriced sandwich.Customer Service was Terrible.Never visit there again.

Used car wash, got stuck twice.Average wash.

Terrible service from the lady making coffees 620am on 14/2. I ordered my coffee and stood around waiting while she prioritized her local customers who had ordered from th till after me. One of her colleagues even told her that I had been waiting for a long time already and that didn't seem to phase her. Asked for a refund in the end. The other ladies apologized and mentioned staff shortages which I can understand if it had been busy but it was quiet and 3 of them behind the counter

Six window squeegees. Five with no blades. One with half a blade. Three water cans empty. Four dirty water, near empty window cleaning buckets. Train staff to check and refill frequently these forecourt items please

That blonde old lady in the Lincoln rd station is one grumpy b.. that always gives out sad faces. Today is the last morning I’m going there.

Helpful as with giving the extra options at 2am when man knows I wanted a hot pie, cheers for the toasting brass
