My son had an accident and we were seen almost immediately. We saw Marius and he was very friendly and kind, and his assistant instantly made us feel at ease. Very happy for their help and we will continue to use their services:)

I developed toothache on a Saturday and by the time of my Tuesday appointment, I was a household Covid contact. That had me worried about options, given the rapidly worsening ache.But there wasn’t a problem at all, I was able to attend and problem quickly solved. So grateful.Thank you Dr Annemieke, your assistant and the front desk team.

Thank you for the wonderful service as always. Lovely reception team, my dentist is lovely and welcoming and I love booking in to see my hygienist.

I was having emergency visit in April and they put an urgent appointment later on the day, the tooth was not perfectly done due to complexation of my tooth but I was seen again for checking it up and consultation. 2 months later the filling fell off, very disappointed, I would have thought it will last the minimum 6 months. Then I was seen by Clarence who advised me to put denture instead. Overall the treatment cost me over $1,000 from the filling that did not work but I was not compensated for new treatment. The denture I have is the plastic one but still cost a lot. I am just really disappointed with the first treatment I had, cost over $200 and last 2 months.

I highly recommend going here. They are amazing people who went well above and beyond to help me.

The worst dentists in Nelson/Tasman! After paying lots of money for a root canal the tooth became infected and had to be pulled. I changed to a different dentist at the centre and she was ok until I broke a tooth and she rebuilt it so poorly that it lasted only a couple of months.I changed again to the most senior dentist they had and he quoted me thousands for all sorts of work that had apparently been unnoticed by my previous dentist. After he fixed the broken tooth I complained that it was done in such a way that every time I ate I got food stuck. He wanted to charge me for a complete rebuild of his shoddy work!When dealing with the staff at the front desk they were rude and unhelpful. (I think the receptionists are all sourced from the local retirement villages). They dismissed any complaints, were vague about costs and blatantly lied to me.Thankfully I finally changed to Munro Dental who fixed my issue very quickly and at a reasonable price and did everything at a high quality in a fraction of time these clown would have taken.Do yourself a favour and go with a more modern dental practice staffed with actual professionals.

Dr Clarence Sutardja and his assistant were lovely. I don’t know if anyone actually likes going to the dentist but these two make you feel like you are in good hands.

I've been a regular patient at Richmond Dental for many many years now and have found them to be the very best dentist around! The staff on reception are the loveliest and most friendly I've ever met, the office is warm and inviting when you arrive and the service is unmatched! Very friendly expert dentists who make a dentist visit, which isn't always everyone's favourite, a breeze. I'll be continuing to come here for years to come!I so appreciate the caring, friendly and expert service as well as how you're kept informed every step of the way. Very highly recommend.

They make you feel comfortable!They explain everything to the T !!And they are friendly had a wee mix up with bookings but everyone makes mistakes !! I’ll be recommending and bring my sister here !! Prices are amazing !! Very happy with this place it’s the kinda dentist that put your mind at ease !! And makes you wanna go !!and the ladies are lovely chatty and all smiles
