Absolutely fabulous staff member. So caring. My daughter needed a blood test, the lady was very thorough and explained it all clearly and patiently to minimise her anxiety. Wonderful. Thank you very much.

I’ve never had to walk away from someone for being so straight up rude to me. I was unfamiliar with how to check in and the woman at the front greets me with “what do you need.” After interrupting the three sentences of general polite inquiry she just goes “you can go somewhere else” I was about to wait the 40 min wait time but won’t be returning or recommending. Yikes, I wish the poor woman better days ahead in customer service.

I came here at 15:00 on Monday, and it took only 20 minutes to have a blood test. A lady at the front told me to take a small paper written numbers at the counter when come in. She was helping very kindly to everyone, guided to us to chairs. A nurse who took my blood was great and experienced.

Quick and efficient. Small little place but efficiently run. Just take a ticket, scan it and a few minutes after you get jabbed. The staff that took care of me was very quick and experienced. Great job!

Excellent service in particular a young Phillipines lady that has helped me to get my gestational diabetes bloods done, so lovely. Wonderful service, 2 he wait and she made me feel very comfortable for the long wait.

Our family has used this Labtest for many years and we have never had a bad experience. The staff are professional, caring and friendly. Only down side is the small waiting room, when it's busy, it's not great. But that's not the staff's fault.Go there if you want your test done well.

I've been here several times before, but its my yesterday's experience that made we want to leave a thank you note via review and rating, it was exceptionally good.We had our blood taken by a lady with a scarf. She was awesome to work with, polite, took blood without causing any pain, reconfirmed our details.Only con in Labtests Brows Bay would be the seating space for waiting area, thats definitely not enough space between people during Covid times, but we were able to stand out for a bit.Not sure how they can solve seating space, perhaps have tv screens outside the building in the gated corridor, or just have it online so we can see it on our phone while waiting in our cars, so we come in 1-2 numbers before our turn etc.Anyways, kudos to the staff.

Absolutely despise blood draws and I know I have awful veins for any phlebotomist but the young trainee woman in the hijab (Ranu?) was absolutely amazing. Definitely an asset to the lab tests team.Other than that, the overall experience was reasonably quick and painless, even on a busy morning.
