Unavailable weekends, but the service is still pretty good, you get a txt link to your deliveries and date time options for delivery. If your not home, they’ll hold on to it at their local area depot, there’s an option to get them to call you back if time dates don’t suit. You may need to google their depot phone number. Via feedback asked them to make that handy for future. Had a lounge suit from north island sent to Christchurch and all turned up in good order, so happy with the service

I work for a big retail company in Christchurh and we get deliveries from Fliway everyday. Brendan is our delivery gus and he is absolutely amazing! He gets things done including pallete pickups in a timely manner. TVs we get are delivered and organized neatly. In my years working for retail, Id say hes one of the best on ehat he does. please give our thanks to him!

This is the first review I have ever wrote on Google, for good reason - the service provided by UPS is non existent. I have been waiting for them to pick up a package for over two weeks and they cannot even get that right.Who knows what will happen to my package when it actually ships...

To start with Fliway customer care agents seem to be under the impression that they are doing you a personal favour instead of their job. At least that's the attitude I got on the numerous calls I had to make just to check why my order was partially delivered and if a call can be arranged prior to delivery just so, I can have someone available at the warehouse to accept the delivery.You follow the prompts to get through to the commercial team only to be told they don't have access to Samsung orders and transfer you to a team leader's phone that goes unanswered.Chances of explaining your problem was zero as the agent would choose to talk over you, telling you what they can't do instead of what they can do for you. All in all it was a terrible customer service experience.The driver kept us waiting for more than a hour when my first order came through and there after turned up by himself to deliver a TV and refrigerator. We had to jump in and help. Nothing wrong with it but also not the level of service you expect when you pay substantial $$ for goods. Just an absolute nightmare but I need to purchase more stuff from Samsung and Fliway is the only logistics partner they currently use.

Fliways Transport Canterbury are to be avoided at all costs, my partner was given a 4 hour window for the delivery of our new washing machine (that we’ve already been made to wait 3 weeks for because of a lack organisation at their end) my partner is a front line worker who is on night shift tonight and has had to stay awake today waiting for the delivery driver who has still not shown up after their delivery window has expired. I was informed that it is protocol for the driver to inform recipients if their delivery will be late, this has not happened. We were told we would receive a notification that the driver was on their way once they were close, that also has not happened. I called their office to try and get an update, not only did I not receive any help or an apology for their appalling service the Scottish woman answering their phones has decided it’s appropriate to be rude to customers who are enquiring as to where their items are. Whoever is running this company/branch should be extremely disappointed in their employees and their lack of responsibility to the job and their inability to understand that their very obvious lack of organisation and skill in their job negatively effects their customers lives. After reading other reviews on google it is clear fliways does not care at all about customer satisfaction or the quality of service they provide.

Only one person in the delivery truck, rather than use a trolly or carry the relatively light exercycle he rolled it on its small wheels meant for carpet or inside surfaces along a gravel driveway tearing up the small plastic wheels and taking chuncks out of the metal bike frame, so I intervened and helped him carry it with my injured back. All because he couldn't back the small truck down a straight short wide driveway 15 meters in length. At least the customer service was good.
