First time at this branch, doing a GTT test, and really blown away. The staff are so friendly, efficient & accomodating. The place is clean and spacious. Really lovely experience.

Customer service always 0 zero in this clinic.I have done skin test last Friday and they received results same day.. but no one even bother to post me. And am dealing with serious allergy. When i gave them call today customer representative said “ u did last Friday”.Going to change my Doctors. Lazy people working here. Who even Donot care about service.

Website states that it’s open till midday on Saturday, I arrive 35 mins before closing to find the whole place locked up lights off. On the door was a notice advising what the new times were for the Easter period nothing to say it had changed for Saturday. Lady at the chemist advised to write a comment on the website, annoying driving all this way only to be turned away

Rude and unmotivated staff, arrived just be fore 4pm and they told me it was closed cause the courier had already left.. I queried why they had 4pm on their website and they said I needed to be there by 3.45pm. Website should state 3.45pm close time if that's the case. Dissapointing and a waste of time.

The older white lady did an amazing job! The blood test took only a few seconds and I did not faint.Pretty amazing experience

I’m a support worker. I took my client yesterday for a much dreaded blood test , he will yell and give phlebotomist a fright. But yesterdays one was so quick and professionall ,sorry I didn’t get her name. Did let her no we appreciated her skills.

Very poor from a customer service perspective. Staff are absolutely unfriendly and cold. Very unclear on their procedures and push the onus on patients to know about the clinic's administrative procedures.Staff definitely need to be retrained and management need to look into this.
