I was not allowed to have a carry bag for my purchase today, my friend purchased shoes at the same time and she was given one, I asked for one also but was told there wasnt one for me, was given a little soft bag from inside a shoe box, and offered a screwed up clear bag, as an experienced retailer who always goes the extra mile for customers, I take this as an personal insult

Very helpful and patient staff. Did not show me anything over my budget which for me was fantastic. Walked away in a pair of shoes I would never have looked at twice normally. And I love them!
