Great place to order & eat your lunch at! Gave 4 stars due to my work mate not receiving her order in time & had to wait for another 5-10 mins.Recommended for all ages hehe! :)

The coffee here leaves a lot to be desired and their ability to handle group orders is questionable. The food is fairly good with a nice range if a little pricey but I like the still or sparkling water option on tap. If you don't like the smell of chlorine this isn't the place for you as its attached to the pool complex.

Great choices of low carb foods, I guess that's why it's located beside the gym and pool. Glade I had the half portion breakfast platter, very decent portion~ Egg was poached perfectly, mushroom was fresh and perfect, plenty of greens~ Veggie hash has to be my fav this time, you get all the goods nothing bad~ Will definitely be back to try other things on the menu~

Unfortunately still no vegan food available off the menu, despite the cafe name. Staff were helpful and were able to offer the cream mushroom soup made with coconut milk.

I was quite surprised to find this little hidden cafe. The food is good and coffee is decent. I'd recommend adding an extra shot of espresso if you like strong coffee.

Nice food and coffee. Staffing seems to have affected the ability to clear tables quickly on the day we were there. There were no printed menus only the menu on the board which was not that good for someone with mobility problems. The tables are rustic wood, and seem to be curved by design, so don't expect smooth flat tables. The proximity to the pool means the aroma in the Cafe is distinctly chlorinated. It is open to the reception area of the pool and can feel a bit windy and cool when the doors to outside open.Good smoothies.

Excellent well prepared food. Great service. My chicken and mushroom filo with salad was delicious. Best lunch in a long time. Highly recommended. Congratulations to the staff.

All I did was ask if they had a vegan option, a female staff member gave a very prickly no. I said no worries and headed back to my table intending to just have a coffee. But that's when she got really rude, acting as if I was being difficult for just asking. She said they could work something out after but no one is going to stay and eat somewhere after being spoken to so rudely. Asking if theres a vegan option isn't something to get upset over and being rude about it lost you the custom of the non vegans I was with. If you don't cater to vegans that's your choice to make but you don't have to be hostile to anyone who ask if theres an option. It's not an unreasonable question to ask at a cafe.

The food here is the real deal. The ingredients are top quality. The menu is extensive. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is unique with the sound of the pool in the background and athletes coming and going. Whet thee you are using the facilities for training or not this cafe is worth a visit.
