Great service ,very professional, and very informative of what they are doing due to the weather issue we have to reschedule a few times. We had some issue with the wifi control because of my wifi name got a special character in it and the wifi controller just won’t connect to it, I felt or embarrassed after I found out but the guys are very nice about it. The job is very well done, the new heat pump is working great. Thank you.

Exceptional service, very prompt and great communication. Honoured the quoted service charge even though it took longer than the standard allowance for ducted systems. Will be using them again for ongoing service of our ducted heat pump system.
