Absolutely terrible company. Using any other accountant would be better than these. I had five businesses with this company could not get in contact with anybody. Eventually had to ring and got a Office in the South of the north Island before anybody got back to me. they missed coded my accounts whick ment I had extra tax to pay. And just coded things to shareholder salary without consulting the shareholders and were about nine months late in sending my final accounts. do yourself a favour and use Any other company but this company. there are atrocious. there is not enough bad words in the English language that I could use to describe how bad the customer service and communication and disregard for their clients money is
