Parking Mode

Excellent service and very happy to use Parking Mode again - was away for a month and had two excellent trips to and from the airport with the free shuttle. Fabulous customer service. Great security where the car was left - thankyou and see you again.

Parking Mode rocks. Allow the time you need for drop off and pick up from the airport and everything works like clockwork.The best value longterm parking at AKL Airport. Highly recommended.

Happy to recommend this company; they were super affordable, provided shuttles to and from the airport, and were very accommodating when our return flight was cancelled and we had to leave our car with them another night.The staff were lovely and it really just couldn’t have been easier.Thank you Mode team

Super friendly and easy to deal with even when our flights got cancelled and moved around they were very accommodating. Quick pickup and drop off to and from the airport to get back to our vehicle and was ready to hit the road after the trip immediately. Great service. Thanks team Mode!

Easy to park at.Shocking service to Auckland International Airport tho.On the return, diabolical service to pick me up and take me back to my car. Terrible communication about getting picked up, wrong advice, long delays in picking me up and getting my car.Cannot see ever using this Company again.Would rate them poorly.

It is the first time I have used Parking Mode, would definitely recommend and will be using them again. Prompt delivery to Airport and pick up.I would have liked my car to be cleaned whilst away, I never thought to ask and no-one asked if I would have liked this service. I'd give them 0 if I could!!!I am beyond appalled at the service I am receiving from your company!! After arguing for over 10 minutes on the phone with your staff you are still failing to provide the correct refund amount that I was advised on Sunday when we were eventually picked up over 2 hours after our original pickup time! We rang your company multiple times on Sunday night with no answers you knew our booking was after hours and you forgot about it, it took over 2 hours for somebody to make contact with me and by then we had made our own way to your premise by spending $42 on a taxi to which no one was even there, were STUCK there with no answers. We had people coming to pick us up from Hamilton just so that we could get back to Taupo, we did not get home until 2.30am!! With two young children when we should have been home no later than 12am. You have wasted our time, money and petrol and are now refusing to refund us the $34 for our parking plus the $42 for the taxi we paid for, you need to speak to the staff member who picked us up on Sunday because he told me that he had processed our $34 refund onto my credit card straight away for our parking (which I have received) and he also told me to email you regarding the $42 we paid for the taxi and he said that you would ensure this was refunded.. it is not my problem that this has been a miscommunication within your team, this is what he told us and it is what we are entitled to! I have received the $34 and will be waiting for the $42 for taxi, you have my bank account details. I asked multiple times to speak to this staff member and management but was refused. I am so disgusted in this service you have caused us so much emotional damage and left us out of pocket for your incompetencies. If you fail to refund me the $42 owed to us for taxi services then I will have no choice but to take this further.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

We've used Parking Mode twice now, and it's been a good experience both times.We were going on longer trips and they've helped both be much less stressful.They're accommodating and responsive to requests with very reasonable rates for both parking and cleaning.They were willing to charge our car so we could avoid having to have a charge stop on the way home, which is a great time saver and peace of mind.They even came to our hotel on the return to shuttle us from there instead of the airport. (Granted, our hotel was even easier/closer for them, but the change was appreciated nonetheless.)We'll definitely be using them in the future for similar trips as well.
