Due to covid there was a staff shortage in the factory, but they went above and beyond to make sure we had the product for our deadline which was an event. The quality of the custom bags that were produced was perfect and we couldn't have asked for more. Thanks again for all your hard work.

Honestly expected a bit better but oh well. I asked for 2 black blankets and got a black and a navy one. And I asked for my art to be embroidered and they didn't do that either. It's been heat pressed or somthing. Not worth the $100 I spent

EmbroidMe Dunedin were incredibly helpful in finding alternative options for our order specifications (COVID has meant that a lot of stock isn't available). The team were willing to work in with what we needed and to our short time frame. It was a really pleasant experience working with EmbroidMe to get our uniforms organised and sorted!

Jo at EmbroidMe Dunedin is absolutely wonderful!So very helpful and everything in store is great quality and affordable , there printing on clothing and other products is excellent, can be washed hundreds of times and no fade is evident !Highly recommend this store and there wonderful work and great efficiency and excellent time management, putting in an order is a breeze such a range to choose from and the items are returned so briskly ! Wouldn’t go elsewhere!

I had inquired multiple embroidery places for a repair job - Every single one of them replied that it was too difficult or impossible, would take too long and would cost heaps. EmbroidMe was super helpful, could do what I wanted for a reasonable price and in one month too. I would give more stars if I could. Great service highly recommend!
