My experience was fine. I was met by a security guard at the door where I waited until my app time. I was admitted to a place where I gave my reason why I was there then shown where I could sit while they processed it. All went well. They only let one at a time in it appeared.

Very poor description of how to find this hidden office. No street side signs. Office's entrance is accessed through a dark under-building carpark with no signage.

Repeated and blatant lying about loss of documents. Take a photo or screenshot when you submit any forms, in person or online.

Not able to meet with anyone in person. Wait times for phones over an hour and then get cut off without being able to get through. Useless
