Ordered a replacement header tank for my ‘98 Toyota Estima. Fits and works perfectly, and for a good price. Shipping was also quick to Australia (about a week). Fenix must be one of the only places left shipping these units new!

This issue has been resolvedI shipped back the radiator. Its cost me $70 to have the wrong part shipped around the countryFenix thank you for your response. I have had a phone call from MiataParts it seems there is a member of staff in your Auck branch that is making it difficult to resolve this issue. MiataParts will be calling you to resolve the issue.I bought, via a 3rd party supplier, a Fenix Radiator & it doesn't fit my car! I called Fenix Chch & asked if they had a part for the model of my car & they quoted the part number for my car (which the Auck branch supplied) assuring me it fits my car yet it doesn't! My qualified mechanic of over 30 years experience couldn't fit the radiator without modifying the car and radiator first which I do not want. Chch branch say return it for a refund yet Auck branch refuse to refund me. I have photos proving this part does not fit. I don't recommend these people & am still waiting for my refund. My mechanic sourced another radiator elsewhere which fitted no problem

Received fantastic customer service multiple times.Lost the drain plug for my rad. Ash sent me a couple to try straight away with no dramas. One of them fit perfectly.A couple of years back when I first got my radiator and dual fan shroud. One of the fans didn't work when I received it. One email and the guys sorted a replacement for me.Radiator and shroud work mint on my +t straight 6 setup.

Ordered 2 Datsun 1000 radiators, even messaged to confirm they were 1000, when radiators arrived they were 1200 radiators, staff were helpful if refunding but not knowing your own products is unprofessional at its best, also being located in Australia I lost 4 weeks and PayPal fees.

3 star review, would be 5, but my partner and i bought a radiator for aVZ v6 commodore, advertised on TradeMe as a factory replacement and the trans cooler lines won't fit, the fittings are different to factory.
