I couldn't recommend Sophie's classes enough! I'm glad I found them. It's truely amazing how changing our mindset and practicing these techniques can change an entire experience. I took these classes for the birth of my second child and the experience between my first and second both during birth and post partum has been amazing! I enjoyed the second birth it was more calm, relaxing, I felt in touch with my baby during it and recovary was much faster and easier! A lot of the techniques used I still use now. Sophie is a great teacher, kind, easy going and an amazing baker. Thanks again Sophie x
