We chose Anton to sell our investment property for us. We received great advice around the marketing strategy and received several offers in a multi-offer situation, after just a short time. It was a testing time with Covid and banking changes causing offers to fail. Anton showed real tenacity by either backing up the offer or helping the purchaser submit another offer. Anton worked with our tenants and reduced viewings when Covid affected our tenants. We're thrilled with the outcome and will recommend Anton to our friends.
