Horrible practice. Belinda is extremely rude and condescending. Receptionist was misleading. Rung to book an appt for an extraction, was told there was a 2 week wait, asked to have credit transferred because it was urgent.. then told I could book in for 2 days time. Arrived and waited over 30min past my appt time to be told they could book me in in over a week for the extraction and guilt tripped about an appt I missed back in 2019 (I apologized).. to top it off I asked if Belinda could prescribe me something for pain in the meantime she passed me a script and when I went to the pharmacy I realised it was for ANTIBIOTICS that I didn't need. This all happened yesterday. I went to another dentist and had the tooth removed today without a problem and without needing the antibiotics. I'm disgusted.

Good service but squeezed as much money as possible. Quoted for 2 x-rays but took 3 (and charged them), said she would also do a clean but didn't mention the extra cost (a lot for only 5mins waterblast!). Won't be going back due to the high cost.

fab service had today with Julie B.D.S .all staff on reception courteous and polite, and iam very appreciative of being accepted as a NEWBIE.Thank you so much.

Not my most favourite place to visit, but the experience here with Julie this day was very positive. Conduct at this practice was very good, as has been in past visits. Like most people, I really dislike the pain aspect of visiting dentists but this was kept to an absolute minimum, in fact pain was really non existent. Very happy to come back here again if need be.Thank You.

Disgusting practice. Extremly rude. Went in for emergency consultation , gave us a quote, came back with money then said cant see us for 10 days, maybe you shouldve said something before wasting our time??!! Then dentist rather go to lunch then give some pain relief. Dont not recommend going here will never return and will be telling everyone else not too also.

Was quoted 875 for an x-ray and two teeth to be pulled. Only got one tooth pulled and an x-ray. When I way getting numb it felt like something had popped and also didn't look right especially from the out side on my cheek. Was told I was getting a referral cause I needed acouple of teeth fixes beyond what they can do and 4 months later patiently waiting and it hasn't been sent. Definitely will not be going back.

what a great experience! ( for a dentist visit ) seen on short notice, painless, fast and friendly. Found a keeper here! i will be back

Called about 3 times to get the name of the antibiotics that were prescribed to me, no one could tell me, I lost the script and instead of just sending me another, you have to pay for an appointment even though you don’t need it. Money hungry, terrible administration, was on holidays for a ridiculous amount of time. DO NOT go here
