Very helpful. Believed I had a full cable fault but they tested and only plug required for $10. Range of reconditioned laptops priced well, I'll go there.

The communication and overall experience with these guys has been outstanding. I've been in New Plymouth for a long time and one thing I find with many businesses here is that they don't get back to you. You have to keep chasing them for updates.But Janko kept me informed every step of the way. Even when they were making very little progress on fixing my computer they'd call and let me know there were delays and it was taking longer. So I never had to guess, I always knew where things were at.And my computer is nice and clean and shiny and purring like a kitten (not literally) but it's going really well.

I got the power supply replaced for my Son's computer. Not only the power supply but also a few cables were replaced too. All in the same package. Professional service and job done above expected. Definitely recommend.

I have been to Janko Computers twice. Once to have my old laptop repaired and so impressed was I, I recently bought a new one. They don't try selling you anything you don't need. They have a good knowledge and have technical help online in NZ or there in the shop. I certainly would recommend them for any computer advice.

Have used Janko for both repairs & new purchases over the past 6 years. Swift diagnosis of faults & straight up info on the cost of any repairs plus how long these would take (esp if OEM services or parts had to obtained offsite). Received great advice on new PCs & laptops, & reasonable prices with warranties & backup service.

Popped into Janko today to purchase some RAM for my PC. The guy that served me was helpful and knowledgeable and assured me that if I had an issues installing the Ram I could give them a call for help. All for a very competitive price too. Great service Janko ++
