Very professional and we are impressed!We dealt with many REAs (both as seller and buyer) and we must say that not all left us good vibe but it is Hen that made us truly feel that he is quite different in a good way; him being upfront and posses high level of integrity and professionalism, very easy to talk to, being equiped with modern day skill in marketing, and most importantly he didn't make us (buyers) feel like we are being manipulated to do something that we aren't feeling at all comfortable. In these days and ages it is a rare chance to come across someone who can be genuine and straightforward especially in the current housing market, and of course we know that his work is to try his best to meet the client's expectation getting the best deal possible, but we still do appreciate the fact how he still could handle the whole situation so well whilst maintain his level of professionalism. We want to thank him for the advice as we entered the lockdown level 4 during the time we signed our S&P making offer, he did such a great job to make the process went smoothly. He even provided us with such a great advice regarding the covid clause and negotiated the most sensible settlement date and etc. It is natural for him to be thorough and considerated with great communication and always prompt with his answers, it is no doubt that he does know what he is doing. If we are ever gonna sell our property in the future, then we know exactly who is the agent we should turn to.
