Lovely boutique in the trendy britomart area. Love their selections. Quality products that can last for a long time. Prices are on the high end though.

Only great things to say about the staff, unlike a lot of the other reviews. At least at the Britomart store (the Newmarket one definitely has a cold unapproachable vibe about it). I go in fairly regularly and purchase something every 2nd or 3rd visit. I enjoy that the range is constantly being refreshed but it's unfortunate that the women's section is a lot quirkier and fun than the men's. With the exception of some of the ERL pieces, it very much conforms to the 'safe' Kiwi vibe.

Beautiful top end of town store situated in the lovely Britomart Precinct. Prices are high and so is the quality. They are nestled amongst many other high end stores here

We tried the shoes there, a male shop assistant ran over and told us to be careful with the shoes, don't damage the shoes, shoes are worn on the feet, so easy to damage, why did I buy your shoes, your quality is so poor? I don't know why the employee was so rude, the shopping experience was terrible,

Been into the store numerous times, haven’t been all that impressed each time. Is it the vibe? The lack of friendliness? Or the incompetence of staff? All three I would say. The straw that broke the camels back was when I emailed to request an item be put on ‘hold’. They responded that they couldn’t take an item off the website which was fair enough, however they also said they would put it “aside” for me as I would be coming the next day. That day was today and what do you know, the item had been sold to another person earlier in the day and their response was that they didn’t know I would be coming in and that they can’t technically call the customer back and give it to me. Bad communication and even worse handling of the situation in person.

I've been buying clothes from Fabric for nearly 20 years. The customer service has always been exceptional. The selection of brands is always fantastic and the quality is superb. My daughter now wears items I purchased 20 years ago and they still look great. Quality clothes, that will last. It is always money well spent.

The man stoped me from trying the shoes in a very rude way, he told us this is 800$ shoes. ：） I do not know if he thinks we cannot afford it because both of us are in uniforms or this is their STYLE? But please go there if you wanna experience horrible customer service. I know my review does not change anything, but people who has the same experiences will see.

I was buying a pair of shoes for my friend as a present. I saw there is a section for decorating as Christmas gifts and I asked them if I can get the same decoration as well. The manager said my gift just not worth the time that they do the wrapping.That’s really rude……And thank you never coming back. I hope you guys can really change the attitude.
