The Postie is three times faster. Lost our internet because of faulty wifi aerial. Supplier sent one from Christchurch to Blenheim last Wednesday. Should have been overnight.........Monday (sometime when I was home) a card got slipped under the front door mat. No knock on the door, just a card.I rang the company (which apparently operates out of Nelson) but couldn't get through. The 0800 number supplied doesn't work on cell phones. The message told me to google the number (did I mention that I didn't have internet?)Called from landline at work. Woman who answered wanted to know where it was being delivered to. Didn't know where Elzy St was( I told her it was the only one in the country and she should google it if she doesn't know.)So she asked for a tracking number. I gave the one on the card. Wrong number so I tried to read out the 30-40 digit number in really small writing that was also on the sticker on the card. Dead silence. Eventually I gave up. She didn't want to redeliver that day but I wasn't home the next day so I wanted it today (after all I had been waiting 5 days already). Not interested so I had to go to the depot myself.Had trouble parking a 10 metre bus but I managed. Went into the depot (Post Haste) and voiced my displeasure. They weren't interested at all. Call NZ Couriers in Nelson" they said.M I C K E Y Mouse They used to be the best but ....... not anymore"

Can't say that we are happy with the service we receive from New Zealand Couriers. Deliveries to our business in town are very unreliable. In particular paid Saturday Deliveries" are almost never delivered on the day. Also

We couldn't be happier with the service provided be our local NZ Couriers driver, Amit Jiwani. He is trustworthy, professional and goes out of his way to make sure our documents arrive safely at their destination. The Nelson support staff are very helpful and easy to get through to by phone.

They lost my parcel,and remove it from the system so I cannot track it.not happy
