Aroha Reiki and Massage

My first reiki / energy session with Machel was pure magic (literally). She is a natural and gifted practitioner who graciously gives her full self into the experience. I felt safe with Machel holding space for me. During the session, I felt a strong sense of shedding and release to help me make space for the new intentions and energies that I'm calling into my life right now. She was also so generous with her time after the session to share with me all the different messages and visions she tapped into during the session. It felt so uplifting and affirming to listen to all the fun and positive ways the universe is loving and supporting me. I felt lighter and empowered after this experience.
