Very bad customer service. Asked for servicing our own portaloo and said that they will call later and never here from them. Keep calling them after a week or so and same answer was told, they will ring back. But still never rang us

Terrible service - do not recommend. Delivery was 6 days late. Weekly cleans are either missed completely or late without any notice. Customer service and delivery/service teams do not communicate with each other. Terrible experience
