After evaluating the other two market participants, we chose to go with Ross and his team at Air Conditioning Company. This is because we've seen professionalism, dependability, and quick turnaround. I'd also want to recognise the installation staff, who did an amazing job with prompt and reliable service. We are really pleased with the heat pump they recommended. Air Conditioning Company is, without a doubt, the greatest option on the market. Highly recommended for everyone !

Disappointed experience unfortunately, from no contact after my initial enquiry on 10th July, to then having to follow it up 10 days later to finally booking a home inspection. Then on inspection day no-one showed up, no-one called.House getting 2 individual heat pumps downstairs and a ducted system upstairs, so by no means a worthless job, which was awarded to a fujitsu dealer who bothered to show up.
