Apologies to the lovely Kath who served me for only writing this review now.I came in to sell a diamond ring and was served by Kath who was such an amazing sales rep. She was extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable and even went the extra mile to educate me on how to inspect diamonds for future purchases.If I could, I would give her 6 stars as she made my entire sales experience so much more easier.Thank you Kath :)

Best service best price in West Auckland!!!! Got offered $70 by cash converters came here and they gave me $120. Customer service is amazing and the whole vibe of the shop is on point. Lots of great deals
