We took our staff to the Marae, as a taste of bicultural life. We enjoyed a robust Powhiri from our hosts, and they enjoyed our song and speakers speech. Afterwards we went to the working village, a taste of Maori life from the late 1800's when settlers were starting to come to New Zealand.

Awesome place. Country whanau helping the community in many ways. Beautiful food gotta give the chefs credit they put on a good kai.Excellent facilities, clean and just an overall excellent experience.

This place is awesome! We were passing through on a bike packing weekend. The provided hot food options even though the kitchen wasn't fully open and the coffee was great. The cultural experience of walking through the replica village sounds good but we didn't have time as we had to beat the weather.

If your passing through Te Hana stop here the staff are amazing very friendly the place is super clean. We had 1 hangi and it was tasty
