Print Centre- Copy World

Horrible !Waited 10min inside for somebody to come in the store, they were 4 of them on break at the same time ! Then I sent my 3 pictures to print via email, and the lady handed me 5 disgusting prints (of the email!) in black and white before even asking me what I wanted !!! I told her this was not what I wanted, she told me she didn't know how to print my pictures (they were standardly in the email body) and asked another guy that was able to print 2 pages in color (incredible, after 10minutes!) and asked me for 8$ for these two pages !!!Incompetent thieves !Stay away !

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! The staff are complete knobs, stay well clear. Terrible experience dealing with all 4 of them. An ant has more common sense than all of them combined.They like to bully the customer by ganging up. It's a joke this business is still going. The only thing they are good at is ripping people off.

This store is a major rip-off. Prices way above the norm, old software, incompetent and rude staff. Stay well clear of this business.

Lived up to the reviews. Very poor customer service, wouldn't listen or accept any feedback.Job was average and got defensive when questioned about this.

Copy world has some bad reviews but I had a great experience. I wanted printing done in a rush and on a budget. I found the owner to be very helpful and accommodating. And I loved the result I got! Thank you!

Customer service seems to really lack for some staff at this company. I don't think what I had asked for was unreasonable, just some straight edges and centre folds. Apparently this was to difficult and what I had asked for was ridiculous. I didn't like the attitude or tone in which I was spoken too and in my experience, you should never blame the customer as it's bad customer service. If the job that I had asked for was too difficult, that's fine, but take responsibility and say sorry we cant do this i would recommend you take it elsewhere, and give a refund. Instead of being immature and rude about it. I took my job to another company who did the job without any issues the first time. Wont be coming back here or recommending this place to anyone.

I always get great services at copyworld in Napier. They offer a variety of services and give an excellent quality product delivered in a fast timeframe by a friendly staff☺

Slow service but good once done. One of the staff was really nice the other not so much
