Best audiologist I've ever had. After going 10 years with hearing in only 1 ear Chessie changed that and fitted me hearing aids for both ears. Also got me wanting cochlear implant on 1st visit. She got things moving and come 22nd May I'll be having surgery with her as my support. Thank you Chessie for everything.A awesome audiologist and friends

Great experience of getting my hearing checked with Chessie. She was super informative and thorough with her testing. I felt at ease and she was so kind to call me to let me know she had availability on the day. I would definitely recommend her!

Such a wonderful people are there to help even after hours!!!! Never seen this anywhere! I am calling 9:45 PM and get a technical support for my hearing aid through texting! Really appreciate the great work and kindness they show to their customers! Would highly recommend!

My wife and I were in Auckland to begin a cruise, when I discovered my hearing aide charger was not working. Fortunately there are a number of Audiologists in Auckland who service oticon hearing aids, unfortunately most of them are closed on Saturday. We found eHearing who advertised off hours and weekend service. I made contact via voice mail and received a quick response from Chessie Egan, Audiologist-Director at eHearing. Chessie was caring, considerate and provided advice and potential solutions to my problem. Ultimately Chessie responded to her office on Saturday morning to provide me with a charger. I commend Chessie for her professionalism and highly recommend her services. Thank you Chessie for saving our holiday and preserving our marital harmony!
