Fantastic service. Profix were able to rapidly troubleshoot and repair a major issue on my audiophile amplifier. Excellent communication and very patient when explaining the issue. Chitra is very professional and I couldn’t recommend more highly for high precision repairs.

I was told that the gas fire remote i have was unable to be fixed and was faced with replacing the entire fire as the manufacturers of the fire that i have had gone out of business and there was no alternative remote available.I took this remote at Profix to see if they thought it was possible to fix it and the gentleman i spoke with was pretty sure he could fix the circuit board, i received a call two days later to tell me the remote was fixed and i have to say it works just like a new one.Great service and communication AAA+++

Needed a tiny component replaced on a circuit board for a Wacom Cintiq monitor. The job was completed promptly. Couldn't even tell that the chip had been removed and replaced because the soldering as so tidy. Very happy with the job, would recommend.

My experience of Profix Electronics has exceeded all expectations. My 40+ Technics SP10MKII turntable project was not running at the correct speed, the stop/start button didn't work, and there were missing bits and pieces. Excellent, friendly service! Rechargeable battery in a BMW key fob 'died' - BMW do not replace these batteries so we were looking at a complete replacement key from Germany at around $700! Chitra took the sealed key fob apart, unsoldered the battery from the chip board and replaced it with a new battery from overseas. Very delicate work involved. Works perfectly! Thank you.

Chitra’s service and expertise are second to none. Managed to fix an extremely complicated circuit and Class D amplifier using just his experience and knowledge and without the schematics from the manufacturer. I had a Cary CAD300-SEI vacuum tube integrated audio amplifier that required maintenance and transformer voltage conversion from 110V to 230V. Profix Electronics Repair handled this delicate job in an efficient and professional manner. The amplifier was picked up in excellent condition, cleaned and fully functional.
