28/11/21 11AMWalks into store and waits in line, 15 minutes passes by everybody has been served but me. I'm not too worried I'll just wait, until another customer walks in front of me and gets served immediately so I walked out. Don't waste your time with the awful customer service here,

Great customer service! Eva and Janet were the staff who looked after me. Totally went the extra mile for me! No longer will I order pandora products off the net....I will be heading straight into the store for my future purchases as the staff really made me feel important and looked after, would give more stars if I could!!!

The 2 young lady's were so busy today I felt sorry for them. But there customer service and advise was outstanding. Very professional and regardless of how busy it was they took the time to allow us to try different bracelets and charms. Will definitely purchase from that store again and recommend to others

I regularly purchase Pandora but this store has gone downhill, very poor customer service. There were 2 sales assistants and myself instore, was waiting at counter and still none of them ask if I needed help, I turned to look at them and they just looked back. When I finally did get served, seemed like it was a chore taking them away from their conversation. I did like the item but decided to go to Queensgate to purchase the item as so much better customer service from Nancy and her team.
