Misleading information on product availabilityI recently placed an order for a product that showed as in stock on the website, but was later informed that it was out of stock and my order had been cancelled. While I appreciate the prompt refund, I was disappointed to learn that the online stock status was inaccurate, leading to wasted time and inconvenience.Moreover, the customer service representative did not make any attempt to offer an alternative product or solution, which I believe is a poor example of customer service.I would caution other customers to double-check the availability of products before placing orders, as it appears that the website may not always provide accurate information. Additionally, I recommend seeking alternatives to this company if you value proactive and helpful customer service.Overall, this experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope that the company takes steps to improve its website and customer service in order to provide better experiences for its customers in the future.

Typical Bunnings, large, good prices. Smaller range than mega mitre 10. Cafe great with very friendly staff. You can get great bargains in the plant section. Often cheapest plants around.

We stopped by due to a big mold issue with the bed in our campervan.Braydon and Lucien were taking care of us and provided us with the best service you can wish for. They were coming up with incredible smart solutions for our problems and helped us fixing everything just perfectly.Never seen so enthusiastic, helpful, caring and customer-oriented workers in a bunnings store before!Thanks again Braydon and Lucien, I will definitely recommend this store to friends and family!

Your staff are hard case type of useless. The blonde old lady at the information counter on 8/2/23 at 730am, made it very hard to buy a pair of boots, she didn't like that we wanted to price match placemakers. We left after her being difficult went to placemakers and they beat your price by 15% no worries. Stop hiring women that try and use power to put customers off.

This bunnings is alright. The staff I've come across are really helpful and I don't find any fault with the products. For some reason I just don't enjoy shopping there, it's like the vibe is off or something.
