Amazing! They were so helpful & the last tech I had taught me how to use a brow pencil, which has always been such a hassle because I have a newish scar through my eyebrow. He was so patient and now I'm confident enough to draw them myself!

Her client care, conversation and professional manner was appreciated and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I can always trust Z to do an incredible job with my brows! She laminated my brows for the first time today and made sure I was comfortable with the process and knew what was happening throughout. Love the outcome and will definitely be back for her to work more brow magic!

Visited Benefit in Ponsonby for eyebrow tint and lamination and would highly recommend. Sharday was very friendly and professional, with great communication and made sure I was happy with the results. She also helped with any questions I had, and recommended great products for lamination maintenance.

Such care and precision taken when I get my Brows done here. They aren't there to take your money, they provide you with the best information for taking care of your brows to ensure that you are satisfied in the long run rather than the short! Epic service and definitely always worth the 45min drive for such great service!

Z has done my brows for a 2nd time and I am so happy with them!! Im super picky about who does my brows and lashes and super happy with the overall experience in Benefit Ponsonby. Had brow tint, shape and lash tint. This is now my regular for brows and lashes!

I have had my eyebrows waxed and tinted here for a couple of years now and it’s the best! Sachin is my go-to aesthetician - amazing skill, great friendly chat and gets my eyebrows perfect every single time. Highly recommend!

I had the brow lamination and tidy up with Sachin today at Benefit Ponsonby. It was my first time trying this treatment so he was sure to walk me through each step, offering advice for aftercare and how to get the most out of my lamination.Sachin was super friendly and efficient,definitely recommend and will be back again!
