Awsome customer service at night. Always serving me with a smile and very helpful and suggested other things if out of stock what i was looking for. The guy who works on sunday night your a star!! Thanks for always smiling everytime i come for a midnight snack. Other nights the staff just gets grumpy and looks annoyeed

I wasn't sure if I wanted to bother putting this review up, but it looks like this person has a history of terrible customer service and i too experienced this today.I was at the pump and in a rush, late to work... I Iifted the pump and it wont work, the sign on it says pay inside" when done. I look at her waiting for the pump to open

I have visited this Petrol station 3 x,We work in the area and it’s convenient, but the woman who works there is so incredibly rude, people are queuing to be served and she continues to talk on the phone. Can’t complain about the service there isn’t any.Will definitely not go back to this place.

Friendly young woman (I'm sure she's new there as we'd not seen her before) who served us. But nobody offers to come out to Forecourt to offer assistance... ever (even when I was struggling with crutches!)!

Went with the intention to pay $25 for petrol and was told by the checkout person after I fuelled up that the pump didn't work and that I must try again. I tried again and ended up having to pay double than what I wanted to. Meaning it worked the first time. Disappointing

Came and filled up $79 on my car and cashier girl (she looks indian mid 20s or late 20s) didnt gave me 6cents off and i asked her why didnt you offer 6 cent off and she said you have to use smiles card (new promo) she did this after i paid my transaction, i over heard a lady before me she was offering to get smile card to get discount and this cashier (prob no training in customer service) made me pay full price for fuels! She didnt offer any refunds of difference she just serving next customers, so rude and bad attitude.
