Staff are always friendly and willing to help - or find someone who can if they don't know the answer to something.Michael down by the firearms counter is especially great, he takes his time to answer all your questions and knows his work well.Glad this H&F is my local.

Prefer to drive out to Botany than spend at Franklin branch. The service in the firearms is bad, Matt in particular. A comedy of errors every time from mounting scopes loose and off level to ordering wrong suppressors & turrets and not replacing it.
