I had excellent service here when purchasing a new ride on lawn mower. I'd initially planned to purchase through the Te Rapa/The Base store and the service there was miserable, so it was nice to see this wasn't the case here.Unfortunately the service hasn't been so hot when time come to service the unit. I was told the shop is 3.5 weeks behind and they would pick it up in 3 weeks time. I didn't hear anything after 3 weeks and when I called to follow up I got the same result - told they are 3 weeks behind and need to wait. Not a great result.

Very impressed with the service of the team here! I went in an hour before closing on a Saturday just for some recommendations, and I ended up walking out with a brand new lawnmower with confidence it would do what I needed. I had completely forgotten they even existed, but glad I came across them. Thanks heaps to the team! I'll certainly be back.
