Fantastic customer service and even better skill in doing the repair. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable so I will definitely be heading back to get my phone fixed there again the next time I need to.

Ordered a phone cover on the 29/1 the guy said it would be here by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest, as it was coming from Tauranga, we went in today Sunday 5/2 and no phone cover, the guy just sat at his desk playing about with some phone. The lady who was there was doing her best, but we was not impressed with the long haired guy not following through on his service. Customers pay your wages.

My daughter needed a new screen protector and case for her phone . Fantastic customer service, Tessa was great. Ended up getting a screen protector for my phone too. Great experience, will definitely return.

WAITED ALMOST 2 MONTHS FOR THEM TO FIX MY IPHONE11PRO MAX, THEY GAVE IT BACK & IT STILL HAD PROBLEMS NOW THEY ARE ASKING TO SEND IT BACK A SECOND TIME WHICH I WILL NOT BE DOING, NEVER WASTING MY MONEY HERE AGAIN

Screen protector for an ipad was put on very badly. I should have never left with it. They said it would settle and it never has. It is clearly caused by them as some bubbles are still segregated and clean from the edge. Other have now become dirty. Can't be replaced now as too long and I could have caused the damage myself.... impossible.

I can't praise them enough, particularly Tessa and Scott who were great. I had accidentally left my Galaxy S21 on the roof of our car whole traveling through the North Island. It shattered and wouldn't turn on. I was so stressed thinking about my photos on it. I first went to PC Hutt down the road who gave me a blanket quote without really listening to what I was asking. Then I went to Phone Life - honestly, I didn't expect much when I saw it was a mall kiosk but Tessa was so sweet and walked us through all possible options. Scott, the technician, was also very helpful and patient.

A++ experience highly recommend phoned this morning with an issue regarding my ipad and the repair technician said to brig it in same day took one minute with it and it was immediately resolved staff was friendly and efficient aswell!.

Incredible service today at Phonelife Rotorua. The staff were very helpful and were able to explain the different type of products on offer. Service was quick and of a high quality.
