Hastings Tyre & Service Centre

It was inefficient. I arrived at 1pm. I called in advance and answered that I don’t need to make an appointment. So I went to there and told I need to change four tires. The answer is about an hour. I will contact me by phone after finishing. I waited until 4pm then I returned to the store and saw that the tires were all removed but there was no new one on it. I waited outside the store until 4:50pm. They started to put on new tires. It took about 20 minutes to finish work.So I don’t understand why it takes my whole afternoon to wait ?And I have to say the price is not cheaper, and then three months later, other stores told me that the tires are made in China. So that is the reason why my car has four brand new tires but still slippery when I driving even is good weather.So really not recommended to consume here.沒有效率的，下午一點抵達，事先打過電話回答是不需要預約，說明了需要換四顆輪胎，回答是大約一個小時，完成後會電話聯絡。等待到了下午四點回到店家看見輪胎都拆了但是沒有一顆新的在上面，在店家外等候直到下午四點五十他們開始換上新的輪胎耗時大約二十分鐘，我不懂我為什麼要耗費一整個下午等待一小時內就可以完成的工作效率然而價格沒有比較便宜，然後三個月後別的店家告訴我那些輪胎是中國製的，這就解釋了為什麼新的輪胎在正常情況下為何還是會打滑非常不推薦！

Fantastic family business with great service. I purchased a car from Ben and his father last weekend and was picked up from the Airport in my new car and driven back to where i was staying. The Car and followup service has been fantastic at a great price as well. Although i traveled from Kerikeri Northland to the Hawkes Bay it was worth it and i would definitely buy another car from them again. Thanks Guy's!!

Urgent tyre change 10/10Driving to Wellington my car was driving funny and felt very unstable, we stopped in and luckily these guys were still open so we were able to get two new tyres put on, they changed the tyres while communicating brilliantly about what needed to be done and what was happening. They also offered to put the spare tyre in my boot on instead of replacing it completely which was very considerate for me on a student budget. Great guys, great value and great service. Hugely thankful!!

Not really interested in fixing flat tyres .they left me stranded with a flat tyre absolutely unimpressed.

Fixed me tyre quick as and hassle free.

Rung around for quotes on a wheel bearing replacement and fitment, had the lowest price and done it the very next day. Very fast and efficient. No muck around. Thanks lads.
