So overpriced, you would make a lot more money from dropping prices and selling more, there was a stack of trading cards listed for $75, they would be lucky to get $2 as a collector myself.

VERY LIMITED CLOTHING OPTIONS FOR MEN. PRICING IS VERY STEEP. SAME PRICE AS ITEMS THAT ARE SECOND HAND ON TRADEME. CONSIDERING THIS SHOP GETS THEM ITEMS FOR FREE.

Just finding some of the pricing over the top! I think as the goods are donated they should be a bit flexible on pricing!

I took a vintage basket which is old but not damaged, to donate. I was greeted with hesitance and told ‘that doesn’t look worth our time, we get a lot of rubbish dropped off’ so I was turned away and so unimpressed with that attitude of customer service. My understanding of ‘op-shops’ is everything that is dropped of is donation/free giving the charity the opportunity to make money at a low cost. As the donator, I felt so uncomfortable as I believe I had something to offer and help the cause hence why I went out of my way to drop in. I understand that there would be a large amount that you would have to discard and that comes at a cost. But the approach of ‘pick and choose’ in my experience as a donator, is a negative experience with your charity. There are things you can do to help prevent people being turned away left feeling ill treated, you could have clearer communication in signage that you ‘will’ sort before accepting. This would have given myself the opportunity to go elsewhere without a negative interaction.

Unfortunately the prices of this op shop have become terribly expensive for second hand items. Small storage containers for $8-10 and mugs for $4-$5 each, when you can get both of those, brand new, for the same price

Located next to Tauranga's Fraser Cove shopping centre this op-shop is very well organised & beautifully presented. But yes, as others have posted here, it is on the expensive side. The staff I experienced here were very friendly, especially volunteer Bella who was extremely courteous & helpful. A credit to the store. We brought only 1 thing & would have brought more if the prices were more reflective of the donated, second (third?) hand nature of the goods. Bella 5⭐ Prices 1⭐

Would have loved giving a 5 star review, but this shop does not deserve it due to lack of etiquette in manners! Good variety of items, but much dearer in price compared to other shops, most articles of clothing range from $5-20 per item. Had a small sale on linen, but due to a misunderstanding on my part the sales clerk was brutally rude! If you want peace of mind, save yourself the trip and go support another charity opshop that truly emulates helping out others. The time was 15 till closing, when they began getting very impatient with any shoppers, and their body language was shooing people out the door. Very unwelcoming and very unbecoming!
