Wouldn’t come back. Went in there with my old blown HID bulb and was looking at a replacement and the older lady there wouldn’t leave me alone. The questions she was asking felt like she was implying that I stole the bulb then she says ooooh it’s got no wrapper on it. Absolute disgraceful customer service!!!

Great customer service, but prices are overly hyped. Car mounting prices were above double the price of other competing automotive parts stores, Repco really needs to get they price right.

Rudest manager I have encountered. She certainly knows how to turn a customer off returning to their store. Was more interested in telling me how long she had been a manager there.

Wanted a refund on a product that I purchased the day before and was told it was the correct item, but did not fit my car. I returned it, only to be continually offered a store credit with the manager stating she did not have to do so in this instance. Treated poorly.

I am not sure what's worse dealing with the people in store or the 0800 number definitely wouldn't recommend issue still not resolved.

Worst parking in Invercargill. Used to be my go to shop for auto parts and accessories now its my last choice as parking is ridiculous. Been trapped in there twice for an hour at a time waiting for someone to move a car so we could get out.Staff are great and knowledgeable but park kills it
