We brought our Jeep over from Gisborne to have the key programmed and the service there is just next level.They said it would be ready by 11 and it was ready just after but actually they washed and vacuumed it for us at no extra cost. We we’re going to get it washed but they saved us money and time.All the staff we came across were so polite.Keep up the great work, and know you are appreciated

As usual Wayne Kirk Mitsubishi have provided excellent service for which we really appreciate.

This place has a good selection of cars, but I recommend if you get the sales person Mark ask for someone else as he isn't a very good people person and couldn't he care less about his job, make us feel very unhappy with the service he gave us.

A great place to get your remote batteries replaced. And any warranty work on your Mitsubishi vehicle.

If I could give a minus -5 stars it would be too kind.These cowboys in the service department are just that ....We had been in with our car for service and wof check last year..Had issue with headlights, but later sorted with a pass and a warrant.Picked car up, and later noticed that the battery cover was missing.Because our car had to go back for an airbag replacement, because of recall" they sorted it then..but not with "the factory" cover.. some cheap plastic obviously from some other car...not the right 1. They had no idea where or who would have removed it.Now back again

Prompt service. Pity about the head unit in a 600km vehicle that does not work properly. Revised. Wiring was bad apparently. Took 2 days to sort. Sorted though. So good on Wayne Kirk. Shame on Mitsubishi.

Not a great service. Order a small part and ask them to put it on. It was going to take not even half minutes refused by reception lady in Hastings . Not happy with service

Not a happy customer i had a alternator problem that they refused to fix because it was a holden commodore in saying that i dont no why any mechanic would turn away customers for a job that any mechanic can do

For some reason we ended up dealing with 3 different staff. We went onto the lot on Saturday and were completely ignored. No acknowledgement. No head lift or smile or wave to say he’d seen us and would come out when he could. Was reassured by phone that someone would be waiting to assist us at 11am. We attended. He saw me, ignored me again. I walked around the dealership went inside and called out and no response. We had already said we would be there to buy a brand new Ute and just wanted to confirm the optional accessories. Will go elsewhere. Old saying - fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Definitely not keen for a third time! AWESOME service from Steve at Bay Ford!!
