Alan at Newbolds is the people's hero. I'd been dithering over online options, but popped into the shop, and he sorted things for me brilliantly. ALMOST the same price as the cheapest online, BUT with delivery, installation and removal of my old machine included. AND my washer is now running its first load less than 24 hours after I walked into the shop.Thanks, Alan.

This shop may be little compared to the big boxes in Porirua and the Hutt, but the staff here pack a massive service punch. They always listen to what you need; they're reliable, doing what they say they'll do; it's the same person from one call or visit to the next; they know what they're talking about, they'll 'do a price' for you, and they're always happy to go out of their way to help.

The same day I was diagnosed with an auto-immune condition that robbed me the use of my legs my washing machine died. Soon as I got out of hospital, I had someone come check it out and they said it was buggered.Was in a bit of a state of panic because I needed to get a new washing machine quickly as I wouldn't be able to make it to a laundromat without my legs.Called Newbolds Johnsonville, they provided sound advice on that would suit my needs, they then had one delivered and installed the very next day.Would hands down recommend these guys over everyone else.

Fantastic Service. One phone call and we had a washing machine delivered and installed the next day (with the old one taken away too). Felt like a miracle as it was during lockdown and our old machine had died. Alan even phoned to check it all went well. (Also no offers of stupid warranties like we'd have at other shops.)

My family and I have used the services of Newbolds in Johnsonville several times now and with great satisfaction. My workplace, as an early childhood centre required a new washing machine and we chose to purchase one from Allan at Newbolds. The new machine was delivered to Newtown, old one taken away and new one installed.We are very pleased with our purchase and the service provided from Allan and his team making this whole experience smooth and straight forward.We would recommend Newbolds Johnsonville to other Early Learning Centres who require new whiteware.Staff from Newtown Early Learning Centre.
