Bendon Lingerie per say makes an array of some delightful products. We have been buying Lingerie from Bendon for a very long time. Being loyal Bendon customers we encountered something at the Newmarket store that we NEVER ANTICIPATED from a brand of this repute. Two of the staff in the store were EXTREMELY RUDE. Preet, the lady who served us was very condescending in her body language and speech, it seemed as though she didn't care about us as customers. She even provided wrong information about a bra that I was after - I wanted the sage colour in that model and she said that it was ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE and that none of the stores stocked it. The next day I went to the St Lukes outlet and found it there and bought it. Absolutely appalling! I feel belittled, disrespected and humiliated! UNACCEPTABLE!

Lucia was absolutely outstanding!! I went in specifically wanting a wire-free bra and she was able to move from one collection to another without hesitation. This girl know's her stuff and has great product knowledge. I've promised to go back and do my 'new wardrobe' shop with her before June when I leave for Italy! Thanks Lucia! P.S the older woman needs to stop calling customers 'love.' It's unprofessional.

The assistants are really nice and helpful. There is a big range and often quite good deals there too. I went in because I had a voucher but I will definitely be back.

Terrible service. Was in here for 10 minutes and tried on 2 bras, had to get changed and try on another size as I wasn’t acknowledged by any of the 3 girls that stood around the counter gossiping with sour looks on their faces. I ended up going to Bras n Things and purchasing from there. Won’t be coming back here ever again.

I do annoying when I pay my stuff, the cashier heaps questions, and her behavior like a robut. The whole process didn't look at you, just bla bla bla .... Sooooo rude.

Went to the store to look for perfect bras, ignored by both staff members, no smile, hi, or an acknowledgement at all. Was in the store for a good 10mins to wait for an assistance (shop was quiet). Decided to leave, very disappointed as they have a good range.

The older lady wasn’t so nice to me but the younger girl was really good. The older lady didn’t provide much advice or sympathise, and said there’s a queue for the fitting rooms, implying I needed to decide quickly. At that point I looked out and there was no queue. I left the bras on the put back rack and walked out as a result.

Terrible customer service here. I went in on my lunch break on Wednesday to buy a strapless bra, I was the only customer instore and there were three shop assistants, one older lady and two young girls. I was completely ignored by all three, found my own sizes and helped myself to a fitting room. When I flicked the switch in the fitting room to alert for help, no one came. I then went to Farmers and bought there instead.
