The burger was cold and unappetising, their bathrooms were filthy (felt like you would be grabbed by a nasty and pulled down the toilet never to appear again), appears to be a public toilet with a homeless person slipping in for 30 minutes and two women arriving by car to use the bathrooms again neither buying anything then leaving. The eating area was dirty with a number of tables full of left over food and rubbish, the whole experience was unpleasant, unsanitary and nasty. ..... Give it a BIG MISS

Their classic double burger is my favorite, and they're consistently good. Just sometimes the fries let them down, half the time it seems like half a serving of fries as well even if I buy the large

I ordered a $5 burger meal combo and the 1 I got looked nothing close to the advertised picture, I couldn't even see the meat patty until I lifted the bread bun top , the burger was so small too, the size of the palm of my hand. Carl's JNr has deteriorated a lot. I won't be going back unfortunately.

Nice and new store. The food was good, except for the chips which were overdone and a bit soggy. The staff seemed to be more focussed on the drive through and took a while to get to the counter for walk in customers. On the outside, the carpark is a decent size and access into and out of the site is good.All up it met my expectations.

Great fast service. Always good to go to Carl's Jr with a family of 7 offers cheap deals that cater to all our needs. Clean and tidy and went in busy hours too. Well done Carl Jr manakau

Very dissappointed. There was almost zero pulled pork in my burger and the photo was over flowing with pulled pork lol. The criss cut chilli cheese fries were under cooked and then cheese wasent even melted. The Sundays were decent but the milkshake had barely any white chocolate and just tasted like a plane shake. Very very disappointed... would never recommend this place.

Come here on 25/06/2023 got a Oreo milkshake and banana flake was White guy was on and made it completely watery disgusting what a waste of $14 definitely will never come back here it’s -10 for me

Food is always great here, drive through service fast and staff reasonably friendly…. But the TOILETS! They are atrocious and you should be ashamed to expect paying customers to use them.

Good place for a quick feed. Came here for lunch on a work training day nearby. No hassle and fast service.
